Personal use only

Email Tools is a personal application operated solely for the private use of its owner. It is not a commercial product or public service.

Data collected

This application syncs Gmail messages belonging to its owner and stores them locally in a SQLite database on a private Raspberry Pi server. No data is shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose other than personal message management.

Third-party services

The application uses the following third-party services on behalf of the owner only:

• Gmail API (Google) — to read the owner's email.
• Anthropic Claude API — to generate private summaries and classify message urgency.
• Voyage AI — to generate embeddings for local semantic search.

These services process only the owner's personal data and are governed by their respective privacy policies.
